Around 10 years ago, this show was the catalyst for me to start a daily food diary and learn the caloric value of foods. It changed my life completely. I lost 50lb and improved my health exponentially. It makes me sad to think I was ever in that low place, never again. Thank you Secret Eaters.

Go to eat real homemade food from scratch. No packadges etc. Then you can learn what food really is and shuold tadte. You never ever will like yunk food

4 1/2 stones is under 70 pounds my highest was 109 when I was doing lifting now it’s like 97 I’m really short that’s normal for me

The skinniest people in this show is the most normal people in my nation. They are the beauty type body in my country, not so skinny. And all the oversized people in this show are over obesity and people will body shaming, insult you that you super super fatty and gluttony,… some baddest words in the world i can’t imagine. I am 80 kilograms, thinner than average overweight people in europe or us, but i also feel how weigh i have to bear, affect badly in my work out sessions
