Very nice inside and comfortable in appearance. Love the marble and woodworking. THIS would be a great home for large family gatherings. Only thing missing is the large heated/cooled horse facility I would want.

Beautiful modern home though I would have chosen more color. I guess it will be enhanced by a decorator it's like a blank canvas. 👍

The "9 car garage" doesnt exist the property has 3 garages, which hold 9 cars in total.

Is the detached building to the left of the main house where a theater room is ? It looked like you could see a large screen showing something thru a window. Wonder if it is does it have a full consession stand like this house in Saratoga Farms does? A number of bigger homes around Edmond have theater rooms with stadium seating that are awesome.

No, I did a whole walk-through this house today while at work. The exterior building is a pool-house/guest house. It includes things like a kitchen and a gym. There is a theater in the main home though

@@legacy_of_yata thanks for the info. There are a few very large houses in that area and a few bigger ones on Council rd north of Coffee Creek rd. Number of large homes 4000 square feet and up around the okc area.

@@dwightanderson8331 this specific house is over 12,000 square ft. The guy who owns it has had it up for sale for a while now. I believe it's listed for about $6m. He is the (former?) CEO of an oil and natural gas company. He is exceedingly wealthy. In one of the offices in the home, he has framed copies of legislation he lobbied to get through congress. As well as medals and the pen the president used to sign them, and pictures of him and George Bush together. Certainly "high society" to say the least.

@@legacy_of_yata There's a few guys around that can buy it like Harold Hamm but they already have their own large homes. The owner may have to stay on it a while or drop the price. The area it's in has a lot of new homes going up and they're selling so maybe he might get lucky soon. Out of curiosity is he selling to down size because it's only him and his wife now and they have another house?

I found the house on the Zillow site just by searching up the address. Unfortunately they didn’t show the inside of it. Anyway the house cost is $5,950,000 with 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and is 12,020 square feet.
