Yes, it's very easy to pair a phone presuming you've never paired a phone. Every time I get a new phone I spend an hour f****** trying to figure out how to add a second phone. Next time I should write it down.

Mine doesn't have any buttons on the wheel, and when I push the phone button on dash, it says no phone, any one know what to do?

ANSWER: If your Bluetooth isn’t working or won’t turn on all you gotta do is look in your manual for your box box and find the location of the fuse that says “SYNC” pull it out. Turn the truck on. Make sure SYNC isn’t displaying. Turn off truck, reinsert the fuse and walla. BT well now turn on and connect your phone. Don’t fuck with the battery or anything like that.

IF THE MENU DOESNT SHOW UP**** PULL THE RADIO FUSE, LOCATED NEAR THE BRAKE PEDAL. AFTER A MINUTE OR SO, PUT IT BACK IN. THE MENU SHOULD COME RIGHT UP NEXT TIME YOU HIT THE PHONE BUTTON!!

Mine tells me I need an app. Nowhere does anyone say where to find this app, and if you search for it, a dozen things called "sync" come up... none of them a Bluetooth program. How do we get to the point where any of the communications you just did can happen? [Android Galaxy s23]

My Sync and Bluetooth work on my car to my phone. The only thing I can't get to work is voice command you can hear the person talking over the phone in my car. But they can't hear me I don't understand what can I do to fix?

While this is the easy part what isn’t is the many issues sync has can’t say I’ll be buying another ford after seeing how bad the quality is between seals and even a radio unit

Ok, I have been trying to pair this phone to my car for 4mos now and it wouldn't work. Would never be able to "see" Sync when I scanned for it. I did everything the right way, the wrong way,& anyway I could...NADA!! So I decided to make sure I was doing it right and saw your video. Watching it and re-doing everything I've already done repeatedly,nothing different or new,and all of a sudden out of the ether Sync popped up and I was able to pair it!! I don't know why or how it happened but it did and I am so glad!! So even though I knew what to do,I guess I just needed to watch this to make it work,lol! I'm still in shock, literally the 1st time in almost 5mos,multiple times a week and multiple tries each time !! You did a great job explaining everything. If I didn't already know what to do, I would have been able to do it after seeing this! Ty again 💯

I’ve tried this and it just keeps saying “No Phone Found.” Idk why… I’ve never had a problem connecting my or any iPhone to any car. It only works and says the message it said when you connected when I hook the phone up to the USB. That’s the only time I see anything that says SYNC.
