Online you can buy a book "the late great planet Earth" by Hal Lindsey(1970) and it says the Bible teaches Armageddon will happen in 1988, but hypocrites never mention these false prophecies

Watchtower published a two-part series in 2011 (Oct and Nov editions of Watchtower) attempting to prop up their untenable 607 date. My favorite part of the article in the Nov. 1 issue was this footnote: *"Note: None of the secular experts quoted in this article hold that Jerusalem was destroyed in 607 B.C.E"* In other words, in an article intended to prove the 607 date, WT couldn't find one expert that agreed with them. Hi Colin, great video topic once again. You are so right, that if Jerusalem wasn't in 607 BC then the 1914 year is wrong. It;s so easy to see from doing personal research. I tried it myself by going to Google and type in what you mentioned and it is right there to see for everyone. It's amazing why more witnesses don't type this in for themselves and see that they've been lied to. Although, they keep beating around the bush now, by having the organization teach them that, they are now living in the last days of the last days. I found out immediately after the baptism in 1996. But simply underprinted. There was no internet back then, so I couldn't do any research.

God appointed Nebuchadnezzar as king over the earth and Israel and the surrounding nations were to be subject to him for 70 years. The 70 years were not 70 years of Jerusalem laying in ruin but of Israel being under Babylonian/Chaldean authority. This period of 70 years ended with the destruction of Babylon in 539 BCE so the start date would be in 609 BCE. So if we were to accept a 2,520 year period that corresponds to gentile domination it would have ended in 1912 CE. Which actually would give time for a war to break out in heaven and the WW1 to be a result of Satan's ouster. As it is currently held by JWs WW1 breaks out on earth first in August of 1914 and then in October of 1914 Christ is appointed as king in heaven and the Michael and Satan and their angels battle in heaven and Satan is thrown down to earth having great anger. So if I wanted to keep a 2,520 year period of gentile domination over God's kingdom using Bible Math Magic that's how I'd calculate it.

This is a great topic. This is the exact thing that hooked me back when I first started to study in the 80’s. I am a person who loves solving riddles, “conspiracy” truths (not theories), and mathematical equations. I have Asperger’s. High functioning autism. So, back about 20 years ago, I was watching a documentary on this subject on the History channel. They stated it was in 587 BC. That struck me odd but my JW default immediately dismissed it as Satan trying to misinform people so they would not get the truth. Then, as red flags started hitting me in recent years on various discrepancies and started thinking and examining things with a more open mind, I then still doubted because I still trust the Bible and reasoned that the 70 weeks or years of Babylonian exile prophecy was messed up if the date was 587 instead of 607. Then, I realized that the Jews today consider that the 70 years ended at the completion of the rebuilding of the temple which was not 537BC but rather 517, making that prophecy true after all. JW changed it by 20 years to make the mathematical equations work! It was a HUGE OMG moment!! When the GB started telling the members to stop believing in conspiracy theories and stay off the websites discussing the 🩼 in 2021, I was very irritated because I saw so many lies in main stream news and attempts to censor people on social media during Covid. Angered me and I stopped watching their videos and monthly broadcasts and eventually the magazines. It’s unbelievable how their brainwashing can blind your eyes. Like Pharoah’s magic practicing priests. And Moses and Aaron putting them to shame with God’s miracles. Each plague woke up more and more people. Even the Egyptians were seeing it. That’s sort of how ex members are causing the organization deadly plagues, waking people up with proof to expose them on the internet. It’s kind of like the ex members are delivering the “hailstone message” to wake people up, lol.

Even if you count from 607 B.C.E., Russell was such a dimwit he didn't take into consideration that there was no year zero, so his date from his calculations would have been 1915. Still, nothing of what he predicted happened. The end was supposed to come in 1914, it didn't. When that failed, the "kingdom being established and Satan thrown out of heaven in 1914" was the first ever "new light" in response to a failed prediction. Thus began Watchtower's custom of creating new light every time their doctrines fail or expire.

All that time talking about fulfilled "prophecy". Foretelling the future, aka "prophecy" is just one aspect of magic. Other aspects are appearance, disapperrance, penetration, transformation, resurrection, and a few more. v The point is, its all an illusion, there was no magic then, there is no magic now, and there wull not be any in the future. It is an illusion. No curses, no witches, no resurrections, no demons, no fireproof skin , no flat earth.

Exactly! And something that struck me is that the christians of Jesus' day had every reason to believe that he was talking to THEM. Did they see his phophecies come true? How many CENTURIES, how many MELLENIA have to pass before it comes true? Then when you add on all the CRAZY future faking phophecies of WT that are more recent, who even wants to be there? You will still be under their tyranical thumb & even have to live where they say & be happy about it! The promise used to be that you would be free to live the life you were born to have in paradise.

Well said! Amazing video! Of course they want everyone in the KH, because the longer these people in California stay away from the KH the less money goes into the contribution boxes. They want people to get back to the KH so they can put any extra money these poor people who lost everything may have to put it into the contribution boxes.
