Dear Roland, thank you for this video. I have found your input insightful and motivating. I was struggling to get myself to write again on a research paper draft, feeling like a failure after many revisions. Your video shows me that this is part of the process, whether I'm a PhD student or an experienced researcher. It's all about practice and I can see that more clearly now. It feels good to hear that writing is an art in itself, but that there are "guidelines" to it and that I can only get better at it with every revision and feedback loop.

I'm looking at tourism in post conflict societies so have an interest in this thank you. My watching for tomorrow
