Oh god I lovvvvveeeee Adam Jensen and these gamessss. I spent over an hour in the apartment at the beginning of the game examining everything to get clues about Adam's life following Human Revolution as I loved it so much. In 2021 I got divorced and moved out - amongst the chaos I rented a beautiful maisonette with a very high ceiling and big windows on the second floor BECAUSE OF THIS GAME. That was literally my safe zone in between main and side quests as I rebuilt my life and I loved every second of it. Except for the fact that I didn't have any exciting combat missions in real life.

Michael McCann made one of my favorite opening tracks ever. The mixture of analog, arp synths with acoustic choirs and orchestra is a perfect, beautiful representation of the main theme of machine vs humanity in the game. Masterpiece

Golden Sun's main ost

My first Tomb Raider, and also my favorite. I first played it when I was 10. When I got to this level, this soundtrack gave me chills, it has a dark quality to it that captures the tension perfectly.

Just in case y’all don’t know, this is a Golden Sun collection’s theme, not Golden Sun The Lost Age’s collection’s, because this is the theme played when Felix tried to save Sheba from falling from above the Venus Lighthouse during almost the Golden Sun ending. ❤

This game was the straw that made me want to buy a GBA. I got Golden Sun and Wario Land 4, but I didn't like Wario Land 4, because it was so weird, so I got Super Mario Advance, which I loved.

Fan--TAStic. 👌🏼 I can’t believe I can feel the Golden Sun (1) vibes in this Golden Sun The Lost Age final boss battle theme. The fusion between fantasy-like Golden Sun and reality looking Golden Sun The Lost Age they all have to face together. Such adventures for 17 year olds and some great unique team members get to accompany you, believe in your story just to fight some three headed dragon when it’s even none of their businesses. That’s right. Ivan, Mia, Sheba and Piers (Piers maybe. He probably still didn’t told us his mission to leave Lemuria). 🎉 Hooray to them. 🎉 Isaac had came a long way just to make sure they gain peace to the world by maintaining it. Not only he didn’t lose his sanity learning about the reason they all have to light all the lighthouse beacon eventually, but also did he still trust Felix that he is not that antagonist-ie with this time the REAL way to save the world + bring back their parents. But I know Isaac and Felix will be a great training partners with each other since they both experienced different stuffs along their seperate journey. ❤

This part was so unexpected like my Waifu doing backflips while shooting and doing quarter flips to the right and left to awesome AF race club music with a disco. She fucked those suits coming after her up. Ugh the platforming through this massive club was annoying though and I kept falling off ledges so high she would Scream as she fell To her death (low key funny with these graphics) if there’s anything I remember about this game it was this segment

The leiv motif of tomb raider is in the track. Also this is the first level of the game that she wears a similar outfit to the previous games... this is aura. Im enjoying this game today in 2025

Finally visited Venice today after all these years. Played the violin song and had a little dance by the canal with one of those motorboats going by in the background. Remembered playing this on the PS1 all those years ago, could say it was an inspiration!

Top ten soundtracks

I can feel the lava through the theme, the atmosphere and stepping on dust and the creaking of volcano's sometimes emmiting a laserbeam like sound which is actually just the popping of lava but it echoes through the scenery, it's menacing feel you experience through spine tingles!

31 y/o here. Played this when I was 9. I come back to these tracks when adulting gets difficult at times to rejuvenate my energy and revive the inner child in me. XD I'll remember these tracks until I die.

I remember how mysterious, enchanting and mythical this game felt when I first heard it as a kid. It made me feel like the adventure was one of a kind and I was immersed in the world of Golden Sun. I feel like an entire anime or kids show could've been made from it with this soundtrack playing at some point.
