Waverley Council on the ball for our Electric future.

Extraordinary public demonstration of how Sydney's architecture and planning industries have surrendered to the development dollar, so any sense of real concern by property owners whose lives will be deeply affected by these proposals has been squeezed out. Hardly any objectors even bother to show up any more, because they recognise what the Local Planning Panel game is. The representatives of the applicants all declare themselves happy wth Council's reports and approval conditions, and none of the panel members can be bothered to ask questions. It's a total charade.

Why don't Councils practice what they preach, why not follow their own advice? All I see throughtout the whole of eastern Australia is Councils; - forcing new home builds to remove all native bushes and shrubs native wildl8fe habitats and insisting owners plant only massive foreign canopy trees that should really be in a huge parkland or forest, not in suburban yards. - planting only foreign exotic deciduous trees on naturestrips, never a local tree or small tree or shrub or bush - never planting loca shrubs,, creepers or groundcovers on road strips, nature strips, public areas - berating and sciiencing anyone who questions these practices. I was told that I must be a racist for questionong why numerouso deciduous trees from China was being planted along all streets in my area. I'm in fact a migrant , here as a young child, with Asian heritage. - Too weak to put cat policies in place. Here you are preaching loss of local native biodiversity, loss of various species, loss of habitat for small birds and their disappearance, ever growing numbers of noisy miners that love big trees and kill all other birds. Can you hear and see your own hyprocisy? Btw even experienced careful gardeners are very lucky if one out of 10 local native tube stocks at $4 each survive more than a couple weeks after purchase. Looks like all for Councils propoganda and money spinning activities. How about some leadership?

There were two residents' speakers prior to Mr Moody who also made presentations to the WLPP yesterday 23/6. Please post their presentations as well. Many residents in the surrounding area affected by this inappropriate DA have invested time and energy collating residents' concerns and we would like to see and hear ALL our representatives. Thank you.

It’s definitely Ben Buckler in the background which is the headland you see. I don’t remember seeing this contraption clearing sand though but given how efficient it is, it may have only been there a day.

I have always been a keen subscriber to this channel mate, i admire how factual you put out your messages. Crypto currencies continue to play a commanding role in the digital market and they are not looking to slow down soonest. Investors are looking to a bullish move so as to earn from hoarding, while traders are earning from price movements. Trading has always been more profitable means of earning, this has been a major step for me, I have found a crypto guide is NICHOLAS MYRON and his signals are top notch. I must say, I haven’t seen any service as his, I made over 15 Btc within 5 weeks, and this was done solely from my daily trade sessions on my live trading account, trading from my experience is the most lucrative opportunity crypto offers yet, every crypto trader should learn the art and utilize its gains.NICHOLAS can be reached on Instagram @nicholas__fxtrade . Buy the dip!

This is a lame PR effort, Waverley Council, that attempts to convince us that you have a strategy to deal with the nasty reality that the beach is regarded by many users as a litter dump. When you don't! Like, can you perhaps suggest who are the "we" that it's up to to keep the beach looking beautiful? Like how about making sure that Waverley Council enforces the clean-up controls on fast food outlets on Campbell Parade, which are the principal litterers of Bondi's public areas? Like, how about Waverley doing something practical, what about aggressively lobbying for the introduction of a deposit on bottles and cans (which has operated in SA where it has proven to reduce waste). Or is this not on because it's opposed by Amcor and other big donors to the Liberal Party which runs Waverley like it's their own colony, hey Mayor Sally Betts? This is a glib feel-good ad (or something) that sounds like it's been carefully scripted and uses professional voices, which is so totally wrong. In short: AN UTTER WASTE OF RATEPAYERS' MONEY
