I am trying to quit junk food but very difficult. I do not smoke, do not drink, do not do drugs and I do not gamble. Junk food is so difficult. I hate it!!! (I am full of excuses when it comes to that). We are weak when it comes to addiction and we need to fight to overcome that through intense willpower and exercise.
