I am doing these with a band so I can go as far as possible for mobility/flexibility and I posture up as much as I can and I feel a really good stretch is this good or bad?

Good morning Justen! Just came across this and love it! I myself have had past issues with Thoracic spine tightness and through exercise & physio have found greater movement and relief. I am also a PT and TRX trainer and love to use it for my clients! Totally get the "the straps won't break!" comment! SO glad I came across your site! 😎💪

I don't read enough. Never have and I feel when I read as a 40 year old I still don't comprehend as well as I should or read as quick as I should. I think reading more as a child would have led to better overall brain development in me as far as other things such as problem solving and math as well
@FLEXXMobilityandPerformanceFMP8 ай бұрын
Yeah, I had to relearn how to read I could read it’s more about retaining the information. Now I have tools in place in my environment. Time of day. Worked out to maximize retention rates in the morning. Use something like a book marker to follow each line and sometimes listening to binaural beats. sounds like a lot, but it’s part of my ADHD as well as other things, but now I am much better reader, and much better retainer of information, and therefore reaping the benefits as such

Actually, committed Catholics know a lot more scripture than even THEY realise. It's just that we don't tend to memorise the chapter and verse numbers. Fundies make a virtue of doing that, but it looks more impressive than it actually is. In reality, they tend to memorise thirty or forty verses that supports their individual outlook, but they usually run out of argument when those verses are exhausted.

When you see graffiti on the outside walls of your gods home you think how could someone do that to God's house. Jesus said your body is God's temple. Why would you deface it with graffiti?

Im pretty sure the blood of Christ can wash the tattoos away. Yeah we aren't supposed to but this world is so tainted and full of sin anyways. It's the reason Jesus sacrificed himself, he knew the world and everyone in it was too far gone, and that no one would be making it to heaven by living a pure life.

Depends where or why your knees hurt. But could he quad or hip tightness/weakness And totally understandable to be scared. Use TRX straps or a band or something to hold on to until you get comfortable with the movement. Make sure you squeeze your glutes and abs.

My niece went in at 18 as an enlisted soldier. Served in both Iraq wars and then Afghanistan. She left at 40 years old as a Captain ... And started a second career and has thrived. She still doesn't like fireworks because of the scud attacks and the times they had to fight off car bombers, but, she has thrived. Not bad for the daughter of a Honduran immigrant and a first generation American.
