Shiawassee cares has NEVER said they are from shiawassee or from perry. We wanted outside help. And they answered the call. The local head of that group has made herself available time and time again

Again misinformation coming from this city council is simply amazing they've turned it into an art form. A yes vote on this proposal will get rid of the two pathetic excuses of the ordinances. Yes it does mean that having marijuana in the city will be delayed but that is the whole point. The whole point behind this is the long game, it is giving the citizens the power since the council going on two separate councils now has been unable to address the desires of the people. The next step will be to propose our own ordinance. We don't need a lottery we don't need to limit just to one facility. And I would absolutely love to see the people that the mayor says have told her they were deceived have the guts to show up to a city council meeting and say it for themselves. Over 100 signatures were made and this is the first time I've heard anyone even hint that there was any confusion

Yes we're well aware that getting rid of these two ordinances will no longer allow any marijuana sales but that's because we're smart and we're playing the long game. We're getting rid of your horrible convoluted way and the next step is going to be introducing our own proposal with our own ordinance

obviously I can't speak for everyone but I'm personally getting sick and tired of this city council. Yes we're quite aware that we're voting to get rid of the two ordinances that the county put into place. We didn't ask the county to overcomplicate such an obviously easy process. for years we have been voting and demanding that Perry allow access to marijuana facilities. It was never just medical marijuana The city council member on the left who wants to say that they listened to the people and they came up with this policy to answer the people you're playing lip games. People in Perry have asked shiawassee cares to step in and help address this issue whether you like it or not doesn't matter

Smh not a single one of them even talked about the public opinion of the water increase. Anyone who has viewed the Perry Facebook page can see people are not happy. This council is out of touch

in reference to 344 Definition of adult businesses. Just another example of the council acting against the wishes of the people. I am glad to see that Council Powell voted against this. Councilmen Grass, Wood, Eliot, Queen and Council Women Galbavi continue to work against the people. This is truly disappointing to see they value not only the people but the city so little.

Still pushing against the will of the voters. Members of this council need to be replaced with great speed.
