I’m glad that at the end of the day, the king of the sound will forever live on in artist like Mersiv. I’ve always loved Mersiv because in truth he took my favorite aspects of lo’s flow and enhanced them. No disrespect, this guy deserves everything he’s earned and more. But his flow will always remind me of Lorin and I’m glad that he’s got the talent to keep that flow growing.

What genre would this be considered? I’m getting back into EDM and he’s playing a “downtempo” and a “throwdown” set and I’m trying to choose between them

both, for Mersiv always both. his style is a bit tricky to describe, but after experiencing both a downtempo and a throwdown back to back nights...definitely both. I lean more on the throwdown style of things but was absolutely floored with his downtempo set night one in the caverns earlier this month!

I love EDC this was my 7th one and tape b had a great set but tbh I rather go to smaller shows what fun is it being all the way in the back I want to feel the bass and speakers in my chest lol pay all that money just to watch the basspod from miles away it’s just not the same way to crowded that kills it it’s just not fun any more if you pay all this money just to be by the exit dam near 😢

It played on edc radio instead of being on stream which is stupid considering thete wasn't ANYTHING playing on the basspod stream during this time or like for 2 hours so it makes no sense for this to not be there. But a bunch of people used the basspod stream as a chat for his set. It was SUCH a good set. Really wish someone would have ripped that set
