Great thanks! So smooth! FYI I don't think your logo at the end works so well on black background - the blue text is quite hidden for quick glance, I think

Thank you! 🙏🏻 lol that’s not my normal logo. It’s usually on my white background so you can see it clearly. 😊

Your video is the first one I've seen on KZbin with finer techniques like snakes, most people are doing inside/outside mills. Thank you for explaining them.

Ah thank you so much! 🙏🏻☺️ Yes, there are a lot more than mills to incorporate with club swinging. Thanks for stopping by to comment 💪🏻

Oh mesmerizing! I’m still getting the hang of wrist circles, I’ll have to try the slow alternating circles step tomorrow!

Practice the wrist circles slow, so you feel the entire movement. Enjoy 😊

Can you explain how to control your core in the side lunges? I feel like I compensate by relaxing my core so I actually feel it more in my lower back and not my glutes and legs
@boldfittechnique3 ай бұрын
@@PoshByDefault you’re gonna feel that stretch in your back. But you may not have the flexibility in the back yet to allow for a deeper leg stretch. Regress the amount of stretch in the movement and then build up over time.

Super 🎉 India club swing... All movements are super cool. Is it possible to show step by step movements in separate KZbin video. What's the weight of the club?. Where can I get it?. Once again super.🎉
@boldfittechnique3 ай бұрын
Thank you so much! I don’t have a broken down video of the movements. The clubs are 2lbs from Revolution Clubs. They’re beautiful to swing. 😊

Honestly poetry in motion. I cannot wait to try this flow tomorrow. This is actually brilliant. The control and the flexibility is so impressive. The expression of sooooo much joint rom while controlling the bell in a stable position is insane. I’m so happy to be the first commenter here. The shoulder! the t-spine! the hips!

@Supreme_Motivation_ Жыл бұрын
Your forms for the squats, bench press and the third one look great but your deadlift form you arched ur back a bit too much. Try to lessen the load a bit in order too maintain proper form. Better form = less risk to injury
@boldfittechnique Жыл бұрын
Thanks! Deadlift was a PR…not gonna be perfect looking. My spine handles load under flexion very well. I train it often that way. Building risk tolerance in a smart manner. 😊
