Knowledge is unique, in that one can give it away and retain it at the same time. Its also a known fact that people resist the idea of transferring what they know to other people due to many reasons - how do we over come that. This happens in spite of people knowing that by sharing knowledge, knowledge grows ...

firetangent - you design your km program so it gives people real benefits up-front so you don't need to bribe them with stuff!
