I don't know if I was just terrible at RPGs as a kid but I remember this game being too hard to beat. I kept playing it though as back then once you got a game you didn't get another one for 6-8 months.

This ending made every 10 year old's childhood. You telling me I jumped off a cliff and blew up Hitler with a Bazooka? I can do anything! And then some guy taps you on the shoulder and says that's nice kid and cuts you a small check every week to make him exponentially more money for forty years until you die but hey at least we landed at exactly the precise right time in life for Bionic Commando to topple into your hands tiny hands, when the magic was still real and the heroes always won.

I had never heard of this game, but immediately it looks to me like quite an advance game for snes. Some cool ideas like lemmings meets tower defense plus other ideas.
