There is individual lock in 2 of the wheels ! Lift the lock up to unlock !😀

Horizontal Louvers not adjusted properly..it gives cool air but upward direction...I bought new and Louvers are not moving up or down why

The swing function in the cooler is for the vertical louvers fixed inside, the outside horizontal louvers are supposed to be adjusted manually. Once adjusted, they are supposed to stay in that position, if they tend to move, then the louvers are lose or it might be a manufacturing problem !😀 hope this helps to solve the problem.😀

Well it covers an area upto 250-300 sq.ft approx, and as there are many other settings you can use, it even depends on that !😀
