Mine got fixed just do this if it the tutorials does not work: Advanced options>Troubleshoot>Advanced options>System Restore>keep my files>cloud download or if it does not work file download. This will delete all previous updates viruses that you have accidentally downloaded. Note: This will delete all apps, datas and caches, and reset all of the settings. The bad thing is that it's very slow and takes 2-3 hours to finish the restoration.

I followed your instructions, and the installation tool finished successfully, but the same error came back. Trying to install an HP EliteBook 8740w, any idea what the problem is? UPDATE. Using the manual driver download and installation method I managed to install win7. Thank you for your effort.

Thank you! <3 Have 3 monitors connected to my pc and one of my screens started to flicker on the bottom part, even when my pc was off but screen power on, had me confused. Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling was on, turning it off and restarting (not shutdown) helped. Saved me alot of frustration 😅so thanks again 🥰
