Where is that water coming from are we supposed to fill that jug??

Great video! My only question is, is there supposed to be suction from the debris valves when the pump is on?

Realyl good and clear video and I'd love to hear the logic about blocking off various ports during the process. I've not seen any need to close off port A at any time during this procedure because during backwash and rinse, no water flows out of A. Same goes for port D. During normal filter operations no water flows out of D so I leave a hose connected to it permanently.

What size pool are you using this pump on? I’ve just bought the bestway 4.88m x 2.44m x 1.22m and I’m not sure what size pump I should buy, this big one or the flow clear sand pump that just has the bigger pump with it.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

After cleaning the white plastic I turned on the the pump but water didn’t go through so I back washed it and rinsed and than it works is that normal?

What if when i put mine on the filter setting but i dont see water being shot out to pool as yours did in video do i need to do the whole process to ensure pump is working

You should have 1000's of people commenting on how well you explained these pump and Flow-clear Sand Filter systems. I spent days trying to figure out how to properly backwash the system. I couldn't find ANYTHING on the OEM's website about when and why you should turn off the "A" valve when "back-washing" the system and on what timely basis. They should pay you a royalty. Just re-mix your video and increase the volume a bit. Bestway should pay you fairly for helping them sell their pools. You cannot get any support and every video on their merchandise is only 30 seconds long... useless... they just want to sell you more stuff.
