The point where they are in the line and do the domino effect, you say it's the only time they do it, but they do it earlier as well - example is when Changbin is in front and he starts it and they do the ripple/cannon from him. (I'm not a dancer, maybe I'm incorrect lol)

I didn't see that anyone answered you about the eye patch. Han had a bad stye and wore the eye patch for awhile. His eye is ok :)

This comment might be a year or two too late but I'm making it anyway for future people XD the guy you were point to at 12:20 for not looking in the right direction is Lee Know: their main dancer. He's actually monitoring the dance and watching everyone else's choreo in the mirror that is in front of the group. You'll notice it a lot once you know.
