Have you found another community like this for about the same priced homes? This community, while nice is going to cost about $3000+ a month on payment. Im looking for something nice, 3000 sqft for about $350k. The only community that i knownis Magnolia springs, but they are too far

The developer monopolized HOA held an HOA ZOOM Meeting. NO PARKS are planned for Dunham Pointe, with the exception of a small private park for use by the David Weekly gated community. NO PLAYGROUNDS are planned for Dunham Pointe. $50,000 of HOA monies were spent on POOL FURNITURE. There is no plan to build any schools till the school district is sure the subdivision will have 800-1000 elementary age children. School District just sold back 40+ acres to Dunham Pointe. If you do not have kids - this is the place to buy.

@HoustonLocalGuide: Sorry team. You wasted your time and unfortunately you need to amend the description and content of the video as the community does not have any parks/playgrounds. I'm a resident of this community for so long. My experience is it is located at a very good location right across 290 and FairField with amazing residents but unfortunately with wrong developer/HOA. The residents had to protest for a number of weeks to expedite the availability of swimming pool/fitness center and finally it was completed after 2.5 years with these protests. It's a different topic that the fitness center can't accommodate more than 7-8 ppl at a time but it was delivered finally. The parks were promised in original master plan and playgrounds were promised by none other than CARY (the owner himself) in an email to residents but they change the tone now and modified the master plan to expand the single family homes to fit to their needs. Finally a so-called Master Planned community without a small park for children. It's unacceptable when developers and HOA management not only break their promises by changing the master plan but also fail to provide even the most basic amenities. To add insult to injury, they act rudely and seem completely indifferent to the needs of the residents who have invested in this community. We trusted them to deliver on their commitments, yet we’re left with broken promises. This disregard for residents' well-being and basic expectations is damaging to the community and erodes the trust that should exist between us. We deserve better.
