1984, I was 13, and this was broadcast as an example from down under. I wrote down band and title. Wanted listen again. And years later (late 90's) I found it. And it's been on my Playlist since.

Poor man was in so much pain with his back hence the addiction he got clean then sadly accidentally overdosed if only he was at someone's place instead of in the car he might have survived
