I don’t understand that platform where he replaced the bricks and pulled out all that concrete. What is it used for?

Han hecho un trabajo exquisito, todo esta muy precioso, bien hecho y luminoso. Me encanto la decoracion en el arbol, es como un jardin ZEN con sus piedras y el musgo. Los Felicito.

This was a gorgeous video, I love how they were shown how to do things and then they were able to do even more! Congratulations girls, you make a brilliant team and still so kind to your grandparents, I don’t see my grandchildren anymore, but you two are beautiful people.

The most common question I see on comments is “Can you just find an abandoned house and move in?” As it is not that easy. You really do need to put a link to Chinese legislation when it comes to inheritance and length of leasing houses & ownership of land and who decides about use or rent. I understand the 70 year rule still applies to inherited rights of filial homes and then has to be renewed and no single person can EVER “own” or “buy” land (that houses stand on), land belongs to everyone due to the rules introduced after the revolution to prevent big almighty landlords in the future. The local community or authorities in the region decide how land is used. The current policies to get younger persons out of cities as factories close down and communications there collapse and keep national food production going are very much dependent on demographics as only elderly and small children in their care are left in the regions where food is produced. Not optimal to general well-fare and rate of employment. At the same time rural communities are of course welcoming all kinds of business, so usually positive to initiative where abandoned land is used again and old, often culturally important architecture is kept from decaying. This is why you often see the older generations in the nearby villages help out with craftsmanship in building and restoring. The commitment to projects is not up to the user alone, it’s shared. Am I’m right?

It would be good if every KZbin channel showing house renovations in China (and by now there are many) had such a link.

1:16:22 How is it so dirty again? Kinda spoils my immersion in the renovation as it seems that they have painted "dirt" over the new kitchen just to clean it off?

This video has been re-edited for a different vlog. Title something about mothers dying (cancer) wish is for the villa to be renovated. Most definitely the same guy and house. Doubtful that too men who tried to paint stripes on a wall and then have to turn around and hire somebody professionally to fix it!

Why did you leave the roots of the trees still bound? Surely they should be removed so that the tree can establish itself into the ground?
@bugtik2 күн бұрын
Thank you for your question! Some roots were left to help stabilize the soil and prevent erosion, but we also removed unnecessary ones to ensure the new plants can grow better. Thank you for your concern! 😊

I have to admit some of the things she did confuses me, but the overall effect was nice. For one not taking care of that roof! Could it be because she's only living in the room upstairs?
@bugtik4 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts! It’s true that some choices might be surprising, but the overall effect is commendable. Perhaps she’s focusing on renovating the most-used areas first, like the upstairs room. Hope the upcoming videos will address more of your questions! 😊

Que extrañas son estas renovaciones hacen muchas cosas en el exterior y lo que importa es la casa al final todo queda inconcluso cuando lo primero es la casa y después el resto al final son aburridos estos videos
