Found a similar one called "Rugged Radios Adult and Child Replacement Head Bands for OTH H15 H20 H22 Headsets" but it would require 3d printed caps that would hold the drivers in place, which is unlikely to be depicted or captured on video here

Bought it at a local 1€ store. I love the looks. But after a couple of days the speakers stated to come loose unwantedly. So would not recommend I am afraid.

do they have more bass then regular porta pro drivers? I bought ksc75x's and realized I NEED the bass in the porta pros. Do these pads do that?

Actually bass of KSC75 is to me far more natural and surprisingly grroovy. I think KPH40’s bass is the most fat pumping one. Still so much emphasis on bass is like eating fat and sugar. But taste is a personal thing. My favorite is 1: Koss KTXPRO1 2: Koss KPH40 3: Koss KSC75 4: Koss KPH30i 5: Koss PortaPro Just get all five and switch between them

Grado L unofficial replacemnt pads. Very comfortable and airy so you won’t miss out on that beautiful open back soundstage only Koss seems to get right.

Inspired by the rich and beautiful sound of the budget Koss KSC75 I started to get annoyed by the fact that budget product with an audiophile potential with a heart of titanium has poor cable and pads. So I started modifying. During lockdowns I could no longer play music all day trough my Harman Kardon speakers as most folks were home bound of course. Out of the box no headphone exists that can be worn all day long without fatigue, irritation on outer ears or headache due clamping force. Also most headpbones seems to be designed by car dashboard designers. So I take the best parts and combi e into modular, super sounding and fashionable headphones.

I 3d printed a donut shaped disk that fits around the speaker and inside rhe Grado L and Grado G pads. That lighting adapter is by Akliam. Looks are great. But I am afraid they did last for a week, then the speakers fell out too easily all the time. So abandoned this mod.

The 3d model is mot available for legal reasons as I am in the middle of negotiations with investors. Only a complete assembled set can be arranged. This will be with mmcx 3d domes, yaxi pads and earhooks or parts express headbaand, audio jack, lightnig or usb-c cable.

Will the grado earpads easily fit a stock portapro without any modification?

No. You meed larger pads for example Yaxi. Then you can push speaker in the G Pad. Using PortaPro headband, the top small cushions might be in the way. I use special inserts. Two disks with speaker snapped in between. The disks fit in the center opening of the G pad. Please visit my Instagram page @padjacker that is dedicated to all modifications I came up with. The headband is from cheap headset that I had lying around. It had brandname of SoundLAB , a British brand.

All you need is two parts-express headbands. Take all 4 stems of, Take the two steel strips and stack them on top of each other. Then push the double band back into the stem. Takes some trial and error, but there is just enough room to fit two layers of steel strips like fitting just a single one. The center fitting for the speakers is 3d printed. That is the best way. But speakers with Yaxi pads will also fit well inside the Grado pads. As I am going to sell this “Koss Porta Grado” modifications I can not disclose all details. For Porta Pro speakers I can offer white,black,red or blue speakers with MMCX, spreaker fittings and Grado pads. Enjoy
