How will it effect the thousands of people on the wrong side of the levee? How is it they can raise the risk of flooding on some people with no compensation? It is like your neighbor damming their ditch so your house floods - simple. Their rates go down and yours go up . Your property value goes down and yours with my money goes up, I know that is progress -

I am disappointed that the one old beer commercial you've chosen to bring Iron City Beer in to the new age is the "You Tell 'Em Ray!" ad of the early '90s. Prior to this ad, Iron City ads were happy, celebratory, and truly championed Pittsburgh as much as they did the beer. "Hey, Gimmie an IC Light!" became the catch phrase of Pittsburgh's young professionals. "You Can't Keep and Iron Man Down" and the jingle "Ya Can't Pump an Iron too far away from Pittsburgh, PA!" made Iron City the beer everyone wanted to drink and it's no coincidence these ads were professionally done. Then Iron City decided to go to amateur hour, asking people to propose their own ads, and "You Tell 'em Ray" and a few other forgettable ads (the woman shopping for a man, the ice cream truck selling beer, etc.) was the result. The image of Iron City changed from something unique, positive and inviting to angry- making the spokesman an embittered laborer and Iron City the beer of the guy with the lousy job. Maybe the blonde in the bikini of Coors Light (an undrinkable product, by the way) was an "airhead sitting on the beach," but frankly the guys swinging the sledgehammers behind Ray would rather be buying Pamela Anderson a drink than sitting with Ray while he paid for the pitcher. The end result was Iron City ceased being the beer of the proud Pittsburgher to the beer of a previous generation and/or bargain brew. A disastrous campaign using boxer Paul Spadafora 10 years later didn't help matters, either. Not only did Spadafora turn out to be an alcoholic thug who would shoot the mother of his children, but you were turning to yesterday's sport to try to end the image of being grandpa's beer. You might as well have put Harry Greb on the can- and likely would have been more successful had you done so. My advice to Iron City is that you have a real chance to come back. People absolutely hate Anheuser-Busch products these days and are searching for alternatives. MillerCoors as well; I type in "Miller Lite" to Google and Ilana Glazer shows up. You're speaking of making your brew space one of music and celebration in a beautiful setting. Why not make your beers the image of that as well? Throw in a little more sports and a little less sourpuss and you can be bigger than ever.

Thanks for the video. I was at one time a Pittsburgh Brewing Company stockholder back when it was a public company. There were some hard times but at the time the company started production of IC Light. That saved the company from going under and kept them revenant to many Pittsburgh area drinkers. Eventually the company went private and I read about the problems the company had over the years at the old brewery site. Many people felt sorry when the production was moved to Latrobe. It removed a part of the local spirit that made Iron City special. So it is nice to see the company come back to Pittsburgh and have plans to have a modern brewery in another historic building as well as developing it as a regional attraction. Good luck with the new brewery and keep producing that great Iron City and IC Light.

You guys are going down. Shame on you for selling water rights to the Saudis. Then blaming climate change for the droughts you are causing.

My Uncle used to Always have Iron City Beer with Dinner. My Dad and our Neighbor Always had Iron City at the Picnic table as they mowed their Lawns. Us kids were allowed a Tiny Glass of Beer in those days. Now I carry the Tradition of having it at Dinner and to help me sleep. It’s Wonderful you are coming back to Pittsburgh🎉❤! I want to find out about the Tours. I am glad you Adopted A Real Pittsburgh Landmark!

Nice job, you've drawn manually over the Point Cloud and inserted standard objects like trucks and trees (with 3D Tree Maker I guess). The terrain seems pretty flat so I suppose you didn't use a Cloud mesher there.
