@MrHotshot41710 жыл бұрын
Thank you for the info and ya it was in really rough shape I had to repair the frame it was in two pieces and was beat to hell and I did alot of fiberglass work but I just hit a tree with it in the winter ice lol but I cant find parts for it or get the rear wheels off and the drum brake don't really work so good lol

Very cool mini monster!! Your mystery truck was made by Manco and was made in 1982. I have one identical to it and it still had the id tag on it when i got it about 10 years ago. Alot of people are mistakenly saying these models were made by Carter Brothers which is not true. Your truck came out about 6 years prior to Carter releasing their Bigfoot, Gravedigger and i have even seen a Tanzmania model. After the endorsed models Carter released the Mini Monster models in the early and mid 90's. You have a very nice and rare truck there and i can tell by your video its all original frame and wheels too. Congrats on a nice find!

Ya it had one but it was so old that it just kept breaking and it was dangerous I got cut when it broke the first time and I added the angle bar to the front to hold the body higher up from the tires
@aaronb733411 жыл бұрын
Very cool! mine looks pretty much identical if i take the body off. the only difference is that mine has a splash guard/skidplate out of plastic that fills the in the underneath and wheel wells.

Ya this thing has had a lot of work to get it to where it is today but I need a new motor the one I'm running in it is to much trouble to keep running

Ya I kno there is a high and low setting and the carb is surpost to be on a 4.5 hp tecumseh and I have it on t hat 6hp intek. I kno how to play with the fuel settings I even ground down the brass needle nut so the diaphragm moves more but it os still not enough
@NateWilson9911 жыл бұрын
There should be an adjustment for how much gas it gets, if not, Id say put a choke cable in the"cab" so it can get more gas.
@NateWilson9911 жыл бұрын
Wow! That is like my dream to have!!!!!
@MrHotshot41711 жыл бұрын
Ya I'm lookin for a new intek carb for this thing and its slow but has a ton of torque for climbing things that my old dingo wouldn't ever beable to do XD

That whole chopper was built out of scrap parts the and almost everything down to the rear hub and sprocket is all fabricated out of stuff I had laying around my garage and barn this was my first motorized build I've done go karts and many chopper bicycles but now was time for a radically now idea so I built it and all thanks to my local Tractor Supply co. It is a rolling piece of metal and machine art
