It blooms more often than the Mysorensis I think. I do not have it so I don't know the exact time of blooming . I don't think it needs regular trimming or pruning unless its growth is unruly.

I live in Dharwad which is in North Karnataka. If you watch my other videos you would know the climate of this area. Anyway, African violets are available in nurseries but mostly they are not in bloom. They are easy to grow with the right climatic conditions and placement of the plant.

I live in Dharwad which is between Pune and Bangalore. With its beautiful, wet rainy season ,warm dry warm Summers and Cool dry winters, it enjoys Hill station like climate. Rains are heavy and this year extended from June to the last week of October
