I looked up which lake you went to. Looks like it's called the Franklin Canyon Lake. Fun fact: that's the lake that was used in the opening to the Andy Griffith show. Looks beautiful! I love L.A.

How are you mounting your mic? Is it a law mic you are running into the helmet or just raw dogging that mic on your helmet strap?

Really enjoying the LA content. Spent some time at Chatsworth back in 1990 and enjoyed cycling Topanga Blvd to the coast. Weird thing is I quit my job to come to the US for 6 mths of travelling. 👍

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you REALLY F'd up. You picked THE single MOST worst time to ever quit a sales job you were the best at. You had a guaranteed position because even if they laid other people off you would have been the last to go. Now, onto the reason you F'd up. There is literally nothing else that's decent out there right now in sales. Everyone is laying off and no company and, no people are buying crap right now because we are in a silent depression. I wish you the best luck but you really could not have picked a worse time to do what you just did. Good luck and God bless man.

I completely understand where you're coming from. I've been in a similar situation-surrounded by friendly people, performing well, and with everyone satisfied with my work. But I wasn't happy because I was striving for something more. Eventually, I started feeling burnt out from the lack of challenge, and that boredom led me to decide it was time to move on. Wish you a good luck.

I try to change jobs when I have nothing to learn there. Even if I loose in salary, I invest in my experience and skills. And it always work. Going to change my job in near future. Getting stuck in a place is the best way to find yourself unemployed tomorrow.
