Maybe it is wise to take a picture of the sticker on the inside, with the serial number on it, and upload that to your Google drive or something. It might come in handy later on.

I think you forgot to exchange the transponder itself. Without it, you can unlock your car, but you can't start it. The thing you need to exchange also is very briefly visible at 14:13 minutes, on the right side of the left key you're holding. It's like a small piece of iron. It has a number on it, like B-05638 or something. Put that in your new key, and all will work!!
