Scary. How many were in your party and how did you eventually do it? Seems like it would get harder as time wore on. It was tricky enough for us without swimming.

@@UtahHighways We had 4 in our group. Had one guy go under water and another try to get footing on his shoulders enough to shot put the pot shot over the lip. Then used the same method for him to climb out using the rope. It was not easy... In hindsight we should have searched under the waterline for holes to hook. All the visible ones were blown out except on the top which we couldn't reach. A pool floatie would have made this one a lot easier as well. When we do it again we will definitely pack one just in case.

And I agree - I think this is another really good video with the Camino magic and everything, but I don't know if I'll watch it again soon - I'd rather watch Day 34 with the river and petanque, or Day 33 with the horses and singing, or Day 22/23 with Remy's "Camino magic" etc., or Day 17 after we first met :).

Not a single one, can you believe it? It's like the French don't even know what that word means. They call them "preservatives," and giggle when we boast about not including any in our food.
