How do you not get campaigns denied? We haven't been able to get a single sms campaign approved since the 10DLC change. Seems like you need backend pages setup for unsubscribing, etc?

8:45: You CAN restore from a backup, but you first have to restore it to another (spare) phone - backup THAT phone, and then restore that phone's backup to the original you want to stay supervised. I think when it realises it's a different handset, it doesn't override the supervised state.

I'm setting up Jamf pro, im admin in small MSP. 1. in my jamf pro UI looks not same at all. Not even close to the one from video. 2. While loging into apple push cert portal, im getting message : Your Managed Apple ID doesn't have access to this application. Contact your organization's administrator.

every time i sighn up ABM it says this "your apple id is not allowed to sign in contact your organization's administrant" and i cant sign it

I wish I had come across this video three years ago when I was shoved into the role of managing devices for five different companies. Win-Shift-S doesn't bring out snipping tool, it lets you take screenshots right away. Also in Windows 11, the Snipping Tool app now even lets you do screen recordings (even in an area you define)

I use all of these on a daily basis, another good one would be windows shift arrowkeys to move the window of a program around without using the mouse, Windows V to access to clipboard, Windows D to hide all windows, command Spacebar on mac to access to spotlight

Unfortunately, unless I’m mistaken you can’t obtain DUNS number for Apple Business Manager (for device auto enrolment etc) unless you have registered a full business in the UK. So, if you’re looking to setup Jamf and want to test the full functionality you’ll need to setup a full business in the UK!? I might be wrong, but if not this is a shame!

Literally screw 10DLC/A2P. My last few days have been an endless nightmare. I have also read stories of small business who no longer have access to clients. I've gone from app to app trying to find a solution. I'm done and I'm just going to carry multiple private cell phones. This is a shitty way the gov't has yet again gone to great lengths to show how much they hate small businesses. For someone like me, doing a 1-person freelance consulting that will possibly expand in the future to also property investment, I'd and rather not use my private cell but also not carry 3 separate cells. I thought it would be nice to have a VOIP over cell app like zoom phone, grasshopper, etc. Gues it was too much to ask for. Not going to use any of those services which also affects their bottom line. My call forwarding and text messaging needs are simple. They are merely person to person responses to projects. Eg: "Hey Rudy, do you want to meet tomorrow to discuss your project?" "Sure. Sounds great, I can show you what I did in Excel and see if that works for you!" But nope, gov't regulations had to step in and overcomplicate things shutting this down. Now I have to jump through 20 hoops, create an opt-out/opt-in plan. There is NOTHING to opt-out/opt-in to since it is just person-to-person project related messages. I have to submit samples, a "call to action" and link to my website. I have a website at rgdfconsulting.com/ but since it doesn't include an opt-in SMS notice, it doesn't count. Many small solo businesses do not even have a website. So they are completely shut off from their clients as they are restricted from sending/receiving crucial SMS. And they probably need texting more than anyone. Guess they don't get to text with their clients anymore. So now, any client for small businesses that sends you a text gets a non-response because of this BS. I recommend any small business who doesn't do mass marketing to just carry around multiple private cell phones. Ironically because of these new gov't regulations, carrying around multiple private cell phones is now the best option. Good job Gov't in looking out for the little guys.
