This is really quite a sad story. Her mum and son having weight loss surgery, and she on the verge of life changing surgery herself. It's sad for the family. But I have to say her mum was her biggest enabler. Allowing her to store all those "treat" foods in her bed was a very bad move. What kind of self-harm was she really capable of doing to herself. She desperately needed therapy and education about her addiction.

She’d be on a diet if I was her carer. I guarantee you that. Salads exercise proteins no carbs - shed loose a lot of weight.

Just refuse to bring her food! Take away any sharp objects so she can’t blackmail with self harm! What’s she gonna do? Get up and get it herself? People need to start showing tough love again!

The mother is dead inside. She has the manner of someone who's been depressed for a very long time. Given that, the daughter's depression was probably "learned" from the mother. The mother's terribly flat effect was what she learned was normal. On top of that, the mother shaped her eating addiction, by being an eating addict herself. At the end of the day, once the patient was bed bound, those bringing her excess food were responsible for her situation.

Watching this had me so angry that they didn't listen to advice, preferring to take the money instead. Didn't think their Gods would be terribly pleased with that. And what was that money used for? A mobile phone perhaps? Who knows. It certainly should have been used to help get that girl treatment instead of letting her suffer more and more.

The way those tabloids talked about her is disgusting... She did the best she could. I have suffered from pretty much every eating disorder so far and the grip it has on you is incredible and horrific... it's not a food problem it's an addiction problem. How come those types of news aren't written like that about people who die from alcohol or drugs? No, only the fat people are shamed like that even in death with no empathy towards the family. I hope they sued the newspaper!

The reason these babies are born this way, bc they marry there first cousin. The mother picks who should marry who. This is really sad. Giving the baby milk straight from the cow. Washing the bottle out with dirty fingers. The nipple to big. What i didn't understand is why didn't they breast feed the baby. She was sad to look at on the end. I think dying was best. Why all the drama of a tracker? Many of us watching are watching because we have seen big cats in the UK! I have seen a lynx type running along the bottom of a wall in Wales and seen a black leopard at the bottom of Stick Hill between Markbeech and Edenbridge in kent. As well as seeing a large paw print and heard one 'scream' one evening on a farm at Cowden which is near Markbeech. So may have been the same animal.

Lewis is sadly heading the same way as his mum - at least she can see that but is doing absolutely nothing about it. There’s plenty of healthy eating videos on KZbin which would be beneficial for Lewis before it’s a big problem. No sugar or sugary foods at all, very few carbohydrates as that turns to sugar in the body so bread is out or very limited, pasta, crackers, biscuits or chips - plenty of meat and fresh vegetables with lots of eggs to fill them up. For Sasha surgery is the only option here. I hope she does well and also see’s how Lewis will benefit from a change in his diet.
