The A flat/B Flat is so odd, in my own simple little brain it seems like instead of picking the IV chord or the V chord to get back to the I, theyve decided to do both by adding the root note of the V over the IV! Crazy because theyre so close in interval, i didnt think this would sound 'good' edit: 39:00 ready for that remix in the shops right about now, is it available on vinyl?

so why does the first of three, the original track, go through the stereo bus as well? why isnt it muted, or used as the reference track?

can you move the waveforms in tiny increments like you can in reaper? If you’re trying to gently edit a live tracked performance, I don’t think this feature will work based on the demo

8:40 personally if i have the master tempo on, the key is totally changing and does a weird sound at -55% pitching. only work when master tempo off but don't sounds really nice like because melody key changing . better a setup to fix ? any solution ?

The underlying beat on Planet Rock is so infectious and timeless, and was unlike anything that ever came before it. It was so far ahead of its time that it still sounds fresh to this day. Truly a magical record in a class of its own.

You can easily make your own LOFI samples by recording drum hits on a micro cassette recorder. If you want gritty loops, play loops in at normal speed and sample at 1/2 tape speed.

Plz do higher resolution video when a device has so much detail. Going to 90% helps but both would def be best.

Hi there. I appreciate the time put into making this tutorial. One suggestion that I think would massively improve the viewer's ability to follow along is to simply cut out all of the switching camera angles and only show Ski's hands on the Push. I couldn't tell what buttons he wash pushing a fair amount of the time and there's no reason I need to see his face to learn the Push, as handsome as he is.

I LOVED watching your breakdown and analysis of this one! :) this was so amazing and informational on what is probably my most favorite movie, as well as perfectly-done themes/soundtracks matched to its movie… it makes me wonder if you’d possibly consider analyzing a couple other epic pieces as well?? First would be: Klaus Badelt, soundtrack from The Time Machine, and/or Max Richter, “Lullaby” theme from The Leftovers…. ?? Those are two other all-time favorites of mine and if so love to hear your analysis of those, if you’d be interested in doing so?? :)
