Do NOT buy this product. It’s a scam and I fell for it. I bought 3 bottles and got 2 free. One bottle is good for one month. After 1 month, I got charged $211 for 5 more bottles I didn’t need. I called them and they said I signed up for a subscription service!!! Big Scam!!! I tried to cancel but they said it would cost me $50 dollars!!! Now I have to deal with my CC company to get the charges reversed! I am not the only one. Search Lucanna Farms Scam and everyone will see!

I went to the website with the intent to look at the specs and if good enough to buy it. No specs are listed. None whatsoever. What is there is a long winded word salad with no real information. No flight time, no maximum distance, no maximum altitude, no battery capacity. What I did get from their word salad is that the controls use your phone's WiFi. If that is the distance that the drone can be controlled, it is not going very far' Sure, the price is low

Scam Alert! I cancelled prior to the 14 trial period, and they still charged my credit card for 2 payments totalling $188, I contacted them with a copy of my cancellation, and they still refuse to refund me. I thought it was easier to get a refund by using my card, but now it doesn't appear so, since the credit card has already honored the payment. Buyers be aware. One don't get something for nothing! Pay no attention to the "free trial" - don't give them you credit card information.

This is an blatant scam number and it has been painful to try to get a refund. Renuvaline/ Derma Viva Skin offers seem to be a quite well orchestrated scam. Don't put in your bank details, don't sign up for a freebie and don't expect something for nothing. My relative is Euro170+ down from this fraud. They even use different point of sale information on your bank account so please, make sure you don't sign up and if you do, tell your bank to stop payments.

These people are frauds. They hook you with a small fee, then start charging your account. They willingly agree to refund, but they refunded my card then debited it again on the same day. There is no business name or mailing address to report them to Better Business Bureau. Just don't use them. There phone number is 888-971-2399 and they appear on your credit/debit cards as HIC*FaxiousTesto, Kivene Labs and RBC*DapraAgeless. Similar products on sale more safely through Amazon.

This is a bullshit horrible scam, run as fast as you can. I feel stupid for even falling for it but at least I can warn other people to never believe this "Free Trial" nonsense. I'm out a few hundred dollars, and it has does exactly NOTHING for me. Don't fall for it!

This company is out there in India somewhere, but they are using a Florida P.O. Box for their address. They scammed my mother out of almost $300! She thought she was only charged $4.99, because that's what she agreed to. But, what they didn't tell her is that they were gonna be charging her account $95 every single month! And send her these dumb creams every month that she said doesn't even work anyway. My mother would have NEVER agreed to doing that! She agreed to a one-time only purchase of $4.99. Not a monthly payment of $95. If we want a cream that expensive, we can get it here locally from a department store or a dermatologist office or something like that. Something that really works and is from a legit company. We wouldn't dare give that much money to a faceless company we know nothing about. Bank of America is filing a fraud claim against them on our behalf. They had to deactivate my mom's bank card, send her out a new one (which will take 4-6 business days) and will refund her all of the money she's lost. Thank God for Bank of America.

Yup they just scammed me the same way! It says "FREE TRIAL!" but the fine print says that it is 14 days and then they start billing you $100 per month. It's downright criminal.

This is the biggest scam of a company ever. Not only do they falsely promise a free trial, but they do not explain or list their terms and conditions in an orderly manner. They have several websites with conflicting information, several company phone numbers. Don't bother calling support because you won't understand what they are saying. It basically works like this: Free trial okay. You order. You receive the product almost 2 weeks into. The trial stipulations that you probably didn't even know you were agreeing to are the following: You only get a 14 day trial and it starts the moment you agree to get the trial. If you don't cancel within the 14 day trial period, you get charged full price of the product. You have also waived all rights to take them to trial for the falsification of information. If you call and cancel, then they apparently will refund you either 15% or 50% I don't know because I couldn't understand anything the foreign person was saying. So now the company has received $45 per product. When I went to investigate the website and order free trial again, the product was rebranded, different phone number, and oh yeah different price. Biggest SCAM ever.

SCAM! I was charged almost $200 for eyessentials that I cancelled. They said I didn't cancel! I said I did and provided the # that I called. They said that was for the Skin optics and they are not the same company. I called my credit card company and they gave me the phone number that was associated with the charge labeled eyessentials. When I called the number they said they were skin optics. If they are not the same company why do they share the same # on my billing statement and why do you order them together and why are they packaged and mailed together? Bottom line: At the time of my order I was provided with at # to call to cancel with in 10 days. That # is 1-888-612-8019. I called and cancelled. They now say that was only for the skin optics portion of the order and that I didnt call eyessentials. When I say the # they provided at the time of or and on my credit card statement labeled eyessentials is for skin optics how am I to know what this magical number is they say its on the back of the bottle. I have great eyes, no need for glasses. I had to borrow readers to see the number! But thats besides the point! Its not the number they provided at the time of order and its not the number they provided to my credit card company! And to top it off the customer service rep Eric hung up on me! After Valeria (a manager?) put me on hold for her supervisor whom she said was in a meeting....right... When Eric picked up I told him I was on hold for a supervisor and he said he wasn't going to waste their time!

Same thing happened to me! I had a 14 day trial period to cancel. I cancelled within the time period and they still charged my credit card twice. I called my credit card company and according to their guidelines since the transaction was already paid they had no recourse to get my money back, they were willing to dispute it on my behalf but it was up to the merchant to refund me the money. However, the rep called them with the number she had which was different from my number. They lied and said I never cancelled the cream their charge me for. Notice, I only accepted "one" offered but during the transaction process two other offers just "jump" on my invoice. I should have stopped right then, but I continued and after I completed the order, I noticed that they would bill my credit card $93.51 if I did not cancel within 14 days of the trial period. Behold, this was not a free offered as I was lead to believe. I immediate called and cancelled all 3 orders. They acknowledged the two small orders but not the trial order for $93.51. Before the trial date ended, I emailed them and cancelled the trial order, and told them not to bill my credit card. However, they ignored my email and bill my credit card twice which I am just finding out after receiving my monthly CC statement. Long story short, with the credit card rep on the phone they offered to refund me for one order but not the order. I reluctantly, accepted since something is better than nothing. And since my other alternatively was for him to refer me to his supervisor, which I had already tried and stayed on the phone 40 minutes and the supervisor never picked up, but even if he had I was told that I probably would have gotten no refund due to them not having a cancellation from me, which I know is a lie, I read him a copy the cancellation email that I sent them. But he still would not burge . I told the rep that they were not reputable and they would not have success by scamming people out of their money like they are doing. I have learned my lesson, I will never again accept a "free offer". This company is a scam with a capital "S".
