Eat fruits in morning......plate full salad before lunch and Dinner and avoid milk and milk products. Use Mustard or Ground nut oil for cooking food at home. Avoid Packed foods and maintain a minimum of 12hrs gap between dinnwr and breakfast. Trust me you don't need anything else.
