Thanks for the video. On my model 938548, 54 inch deck, was not an easy job took about 3 hours. Had to remove the deck spring, and removed the deck belt, and then worked the drive belt over both pulleys over the top - enough room over the pulleys and I used a claw grabber and a screw driver to work them over - no room for fingers. I did not need to remove the PTO bracket or the skid plate. Then around the pto pulley and under the idle arm and on to that pulley. My drive spring is a lot different that this video - it was much more stout and I struggled for a long while to get it on with a variety of tools - such as my spring tools and needle nose vise grips. I have looked at a few of these videos and the drive spring is smaller on the older units I guess. Not fun!

I LOVE these things! For easier/faster prep, lay the ham out in a line like roof shingles, slightly overlapping one another. You can roll up and cut like 5 to 6 of them at a time, way faster. :)

If you follow these instructions and oil the pulley, it will last only a short time. You should use a thick oil, maybe a gear oil? And it’s best to cut a square hole in the side of the dryer to facilitate repairing the tensioner and motor. Use tin snips and recover it with a pc of sheet metal or plastic. Once you start replacing tensioning pulleys, they seem to last only a few years at most.

No need to re.ove the throttle body and the large nut that tightens the egr pipe. Just remove the two 10mm bolts from the egr to intake manifold and thats it.

So We have had this refrigerator for 10 Years and never noticed this! I just saw it tonight! I flipped out, LOL It is 90 degrees out and muggy Here in Boston. I just went shopping yesterday. I got my 40 gallon tote, and filled it up! My Son lives nearby, and has a deep freezer. I called and Woke Him and My Daughter in Law, and My granddaughter up. It's almost midnight, on a weekday! This was my exact problem. I should have known better and made a n00b mistake. I was so focused on just getting the job done that I didn’t realize I had out them on upside down. I already bought and installed a master cylinder at this point and started getting scared that it might be my rear wheel cylinders, as this is a 2006 truck with drums in the rear and discs in the front. It was freaking this. I spent almost 2 hours getting tons of air out of the front system after correcting the mistake. She stops on a damn dime now. I lost my brakes after my front right caliper exploded, lost a massive amount of fluid, and had to be towed home. Very scary, but it was because the previous owner neglected them and here we are. I have you to thank for making me realize this error and getting me back on the road! Thank you 500x and be well!! 🎉🎉

Your doing it wrong .. release tension on the idler, remove the deck belt and ring everything you removed .. get it over the three pulley’s and behind the tensioner .. replace deck belt…

When you bleed the system, air rises in oil, so if the bleeder valve is up on the top the air collects at the bleeder. Also, if calipers are new, fill them as much as you can with oil before you put them on. .
