As a American who grew up in Ghettos... Johannesburg looks like the Ghettos i grew up in, but in a bigger wider scale! To be honest, it looks like the Tenderloin in San Francisco and Oakland, across the Bay, from San Francisco... in California! Very dangerous looking, dirty, and ugly, especially at night!

Everything seems to have gone to the jungle. It looks like un urban slum like you would see in America's cities. Corruption, Decaying Infrascuture, Misery & Poverty. Aparthied wasen't good but look at it now.
