I purchased a Martin System Chameleon III e-collor in early July. After about one month the transmitter stopped working. I have emailed your company several times without any response asking how we can fix the problem or if I can return the transmitter for a new one. I have received no response. I am very disappointed at the absolute lack of any customer support. At over one thousand dollars for this e-collar I would expect better from your company.

Putting an e collar on a dog is for coward, lazy, people. You can teach any of these exercises with a clicker, some food, and a ball or a tug. I do obedience with a dachshund, I've never, never, raised a hand upon her, we worked hard, play harder, and now she has a perfect, happy, heel. This kind of imposition is unfair and disgusting.

I'm having trouble activating my Chameleon 3. when i pass the PT3000 over the collar 2 lights flash greenish yellow once then nothing. I lost track of the black charging plug in. i am using a Samsung phone plug in could that be the problem? If so what do i need to replace it with? if that is not the problem how do i get a hold of someone to help trouble shoot the problem.
