If you want to center your TV in a room and have 16" studs that make it impossible to do that go buy a harbor freight Armstrong 34" wide bracket - it will span across 3 studs and you can slide the tv across bracket if you want.. Any tv over 40" in width across the bottom can be used.

long shot but i noticed there was another hex nut on the opposite side of the swivel handle. you might need to loosen that one too with another tool to tilt the montior

The VESA on my TCL Roku TV is on the bottom half of the TV and doesn't look at all like the one in this video. This is very frustrating! The instructions for this TV stand say "Ensure the TV bracket is EQUALLY CENTERED on your TV." Well my bracket won't be EQUALLY CENTERED because it is located on the bottom half of this LARGE 55" TV! I would feel better if the holes were on the 4 corners of the TV instead! When I ordered this TV stand off Amazon it said it was COMPATIBLE with TCL TV sets! Is this going to work OK?
