Worst society in history. Constant fights, clashes and overall a very serious lack of peace. The place is dirty and no overall maintenance. Not to mention the buildings are made of B grade materials. Don’t fall into this trap of false advertisement.

Do not purchase flat in this town ship. The Company is dubious. I have purchased flat in the name of my relative in this township. After four years the electric connection from WBSEDCL has not been provided. No maintenance in the township. Very poor ambience no community hall, no swiming pool, no provision for senior citizens, children The basic facilities are lacking how can we expect additional facilities We are feeling that we are cheated

জানিনা এনারা কেমন মানুষ। এই জায়গাটাকে বলবো ধাপ মানপুর এর চেয়ে ও খারাপ অবস্থা। প্রচন্ড দুর্গন্ধ। Janara বিজ্জাপন দিচ্ছেন, এদের কে জিজ্ঞেস করুন ব্যাক্তিগত ভাবে। একবার এক্ষুনি আসুন আর ধাপা মানপুরের ময়লার খুশবু নিয়ে যান।

আপনি ফ্ল্যাট পরে বিক্রি করবেন, আগে যেগুলো হয়ে আছে, তার যা দুর্দশা ফাটল ধরে, কংক্রিট এ গাছ হয়ে যাচ্ছেতাই হয়ে আছে maintenance এর অভাবে, ওগুলো তারাতারি মেইনটেন্যান্স করুন। নইলে যেকোনো দিন দুর্ঘটনা ঘটে যাবে, এবং তার দায় সম্পূর্ণ আপনার থাকবে, কারণ সময় থাকতে আপনি পদক্ষেপ নিচ্ছেন না।

As Mr. Lakhotia being the MD of Larica no will will expect false statement from his mounth at least . Majority facilities like swimming pool, Park for all young and old and community hall has no existence as of today. And above all maintenance you can say close to nil. So I request Mr. Lakhotia to visit his so called dream Project and then repost the video with proper evidance . Atleast make the road, drainage system,illumination of common areas and building maintenance upto the minimum requirment which will help you for futher marketing.

The worst township in Kolkata is Larica Township, Barasat. I have experienced for the last 10 years that the building quality is very poor. There is no proper management. If you see the road inside, you'll understand. I'm sharing the link below. Before I bought the property, they promised they would provide a swimming pool, a children's park, and a community hall, but nothing is there. Don't trust the video. Lot of misleading infomation 1. Swimming Pool 2. Community Hall. 3. Play Ground All these are fictitious. Very poor maintenance by larica Autority.we resident are sufferer. See and believe. Talk to present resident about the ammonites available claimed in this video. Byer beware.....

Don't buy flat their . Worse no maintenance , building are damaging look like50 year old. Venom snake . . They move their office to sector 5 now they told every one they won't maintain this project . This getting to much for them ... I step down to buy flat.
