it's on the back of the little tracking device those little numbers but I can't get logged in either it keeps telling me wrong password and wrong number

@@iBeBombinBee I have this and an currently trying to set this up however on the secumore site it says I am not logged in. I have done the APN downloaded the software. Called the device however never got the gps responses back. Can you please help
