Where and how do I find the blog post of spinal Stenosis. I recently was diagnosed with cervical stenosis and a brain tumor. I am having severe internal tremors, severe headaches, severe light and heat sensitivity and now noise sensitivity is worsening by the day. Vibrations from passing helicopters and bass induced vehicles is very painful and triggers tremor episodes. My endocon ologist, neurosurgeon, neurologist all say the tumor isn't causing symptoms. But when I ask if the stenosis is, they say...."I don't know" Who would know then? I am not going to an ortho doctor after they have ruined my life with 5 knee surgeries on same knee , all in a year and a half period and two of which were knee replacements a knee cap relocation. Which resulted in a PT tearing my thigh muscle. I have muscle atrophy in that thigh. They tried everything, muscle would fire. Dry Needling did nothing but eventually cause me severe painful therapy sessions. I need help! I hope I have stumbled upon my miracle!

My pain is in the.neck but not behind the eyes, it's on the scalp. I'm.not sure it's the occipital nerve.😢

I woke this morning and for some reason I was doing this exercise I learned when I got out of bed. I call it 'stacking your cookies'. It REALLY helps. It is the same motion as copulation😊

I play tennis and if I serve fast I feel the pain , while playing cricket I can bowl overarm but have pain when I throw the ball

I do not recommend doing this at home for the first time in the middle of the night by the light of the window. Scared my husband horribly that I was trying to hurt myself. 😁

I suffer from IIH and recently had a Lumbar puncture and my pressure is returning back to its "normal" high level. Anyways it creates alot of pressure on the occipital region. These exercises gave me so much relief. This is day 2. I thought no way they will work. Thank you!!!! Seriously, thank you so much. I wake up at night from the discomfort. Ofcourse just like you said it's the front of the neck that's the best.
