I’ve got zucchini, yellow squash, rosemary & thyme & basil growing in the garden. Tomatoes will be coming along soon. I think I can make use of any of these ingredients

I could see this work also well with a kimchi filling... but also stirfried sweet potato leaves and also just with a layer of slightly salted wild garlic leaves...

seriously tho. some well drained chopped kimchi would give you a similar texture in the filling and so much fresh spice

I tried your recipe. However, the milk was too much, so had to add lots of extra flour. Hence the bread, though tasty, did not pop up. Will try with less milk next time. I am from India.

India has Aloo paratha - a kind if with more options of all types of Veg Paratas. But,this is a class by itself. Looks yeast is possible to be replaced by Curds / yugurt
