You cut for the factory wheels. Tires balloon like crazy. This point was to get 100mph which is extremely rare by most XO-1 owners. And the Traxxas app is extremely off on the speed. It only calculates the rpms which you can blip the throttle to get 100mph. My app said I did 110mph but it was only 94mph. But the factory run series show every possible way to keep it factory as advertised to achieve 100mph which is extremely difficult. The final video of the series I share the solution to getting 100mph but unfortunately I do not consider it factory as advertised.

Yea car lights would set it off. But people don’t like crashing their cars with lights. A lot of work goes into installing them in these huge cars. If it was smaller drift cars we wouldn’t mind because the speed is not going to damage anything major.

I ran a 34 spur and a 36 pinion, that will get you over 120 mph. However you need to lower the car, smooth surface run. and make sure all your tires are fully on the ground. take out all that toe and get your tires as straight as possible. Remove the rear wing, or cut it down to the last line. QS8 connectors. You should do well. The only issue I see is that rear gear. I converted all my felonies to limitless gears, and gave away all my felony bodies. They sux and really cut down your speed. Don't do the truck either really bad for runs. Get an aftermarket hard body or you can use the C8 body. I wish you well.
