If like fountain on top of civic to connect to woodsquare anyway, it create shield from incoming ray anyway as it is a moving type, a wall waterfall? I imagine to be stronger when at civic? A relaxing spot.

If the underground escalator a high wall waterfall and rectangle pond? To shield from looking from behind kind of stalk other than nice temperature, then a sitting places same as current one(behind a pond).
