I deal with mental rumination by focusing on the present, sometimes by breathing, sometimes by feeling alive. The practice of accepting "wrong" things as they are and letting go of always being right also helps.

I agree with a lot of what you said here. I believe that as we mature, for many of us, not all, comes a feeling of self-knowledge and self-confidence. This makes us less consumerist, for example. I will continue watching each video on your channel, as it inspires me a lot. Thanks!

It’s helpful to remember i can always stop which you said at the end. I haven’t put out a video yet and i get nervous but i really love your video and reminder i don’t HAVE to love being a KZbinr and can stop. Takes the pressure off ❤

I still get nervous but we often regret the things that we don't do rather than the things we have actioned. I encourage you to publish videos and see how the journey unfolds. I started when I just turned 40 in 2020 and uploaded few videos and life took different turns and I stopped Now again started uploading my videos on garden and food from my little home in Oxfordshire. We have just moved to this new place. My KZbin uploads making me to be inspired with myself 😂❤🎉 Yes, definitely all have to come out of their comfort zone and give it a go 😊 Never procrastinate to do what you want to do😅

@@KishenC Sure! I forgot the word "group" in my question. I meant social media group(s) of content creators that support each other by giving tips, teach techniques to grow the channel, this kind of thing. This initiative can bring people together to achieve the common purpose. I personally have no one at this level at the moment, but I am considering to creating something in this direction. I normally see this when we pay for online courses.. some of them have private telegram / whatsapp groups.
