Deltarune 64 Chapter 2: Spamton. When wondering around Cyber city, you can find a random dumpster. This dumpster will constantly be repeating the words "Now its time." Its recommended to go back and save before going up to it if your intending to fight him. Once you do, Spamton will introduce himself, stating he was once a "BIG SHOT BUISNESS MEN!" And will offer you a few non descript items from his shop. Those being -FREE CARE SWORD: A sword that can heal people for free... Except the only ones it heals are enemies. -BOOMER-AXE: An axe you can throw to deal extra damage toe enemies. Way more then normal weapons... Except it will then do 75% of that damage back to a random party member. -SPARE KEY: This adds an extra spare button to the equipped party-member, allowing them to spare more then 1 enemies. This item is slightly defective, and has the SLIGHT chance of sparing one of your part members. Doing so auto ejects them from the battle. The item you want to buy to trigger this fight is the FREEDOM BLADE. Upon trying to buy it, Spamton will tell you its a waste of money. Attempting to buy it again Spamton will tell you its a worthless blade thats just in the trash with him. You'll get this same text for the 5 more times you retry. How ever, each time he says it a bit slower and slowly looks to you. After time number 5, Spamton chuckles and realizes why you are so insistent on buying this. He says *YOU* with heavy emphisis while starring right at you. Its here the fight, finally starts. Spamton G Spamton is a bit tricky to fight. If you beat him with violence, you'll be wacking him for a good while as he'll hide in the dumpster when you strike. In order to attack him you'll have to bounce on the dumpster then sword dive down onto him. And thats while dodging his attacks which consist of pipsi dispensing heads and marching mini Spamtons that will chuck coins at you. If your doing this Pacifist, you'll still need to bounce on the dumpster to open it, but this time imeaditly use *ACT* and hit *inquire. Spamton will tell you more and more about the sword, talking about how 'it will cut the strings' and offer it to you. DO NOT BUY IT. Doing so will prompt Spamton to tell you more about it. Saying "GOOD! NOW HERES A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THIS WEAPON OF MINES". You have to say no and Spamton will go on about how its not exactly perfect. After doing this 5 times Spamton will have a light bulb and offer you to make another deal. This time say yes and Spamton will conclude to the fight, tell you to meet him at the red door near the roller costar and run off. Either way, you'll get the FREEDOM BLADE... Now... If you just continue on, nothing will happen, and you'll just have this cool sword that, at the cost of 75% TP, will strike all enemies. This sword will deal minimal damage but will fill up the mercy bar of each enemy up by 15 precent. Now... If you do decide to go back to the red door... Well... Thats its own tale
