You need to get another dog.

You can make an sort of index on one card which labels specific categories or types of cards, and on that one, you mark at the edge of the card as it aligns with the subject. Each card subsequently can be marked on the edge corresponding to the subject, and can be identified on a closed deck without needing any color coding. Could also purchase a folder brad or a binder ring and punch a hole in one corner of the card. Can clip them closed, and flip through them freely.

This tells me if you get a dog, you should ideally get another pet for them to have company when you're not home. Another dog or at least a cat. We should never forget they are pack animals that we rendered dependent on us. They can't stand being alone and literally live for us, unlike cats.

Unpopular take but please dont have a large dog in a place like this. They need a yard to run and sniff in and fresh air. Its insane to me how many apartments even allow large breeds these days. I know ppl that have large breeds in 1BR apartments and take them out twice a day to potty and thats it. That's cruel.

When I left my Shepherd home alone he'd bring out everything he could that belonged to me and put it on his bed LOL!!! No matter how long I was gone, he thought I was gone for months LOL!!
