I just tried this and after 2 hours they still come loose . now I need to go back to the store and buy another set of tail lights for $ 40.00 and bring the boat and trailer to the shop and spend another couple of hundred dollars .This boat and trailer is becoming a money pit . I still need to figure out why the Navigation lights don't work with the switch on , they work when I add 2 wires from the navigation lights to a battery . Almost a year trying to figure out the wiring and to get everything working .

I have also used the graphite from a pencil in locks to get them to work again. Don’t know if that would help in this situation.

Mane I haven’t drove my car in years literally because I couldn’t find out why the motor was shaking so hard and I was getting enough spark. I sprayed a little starter fluid on my filter and when i crunk it it caused a slight fire now I have to replace the battery terminal and intake filter when I just needed to change my spark plugs…. Hmmm you live and learn
