I believe it’s because they’re are different levels of deaf the interpreter may be helping build a skill necessary for them which is reading lips because unfortunately not everyone can sign like myself. Being the case the only way to communicate would be text written or mouthing. As for blind people I’m not too sure but it may just be the interpreter talking and it looks like it’s mouthing

This Chyenne when she talks has the exact look and mannerisms of Valerie Nix from Grass Valley CA. Valerie also worked with D.D Adults in Supportive living. I wonder if these two are related and don't know it. Sisters? The same look, the same eyes, the same mouth expressions SO odd!

I was let go by pride because of an issue with Midas auto on Harding Blvd. Pride would not back a good employee

I recently began working at PRIDE several months ago. Staff still talk about the amazing things and person Michael Ziegler was. I pray they always do, and I wish that I would have met him. The stories are amazing and always with one thing in mind- people with disabilities having opportunities to work and have a much better quality of life. I would like to think this world should have a million leaders like Michael Ziegler, but, I'm reminded of the stories and realize that's not possible.

Hello my name is Jacob Torres and I have been trying my hardest to get into Pride industries on Ft Bliss El Paso Texas. I am 27 I could never get a job due to my disability. I found a position at pride that Is best suited for me which was described by the doctor and physical therapist to which I relayed that vital information to HR. I took all the necessary steps and have been trying to get in for two years already and every time it comes For candidate selection they always pick people over me and it’s the same deal. They say yes we help disabled people but we want people more qualified for the position. I understand that however this is an entree level position that needs basic training. I am articulate and have taken technical classes in graphic design and video game design. I have a clean background and I have really been struggling for years now. I really wish someone high up can see this and truely help me out because I really do need a life changing opportunity. I will Repay the company with quality and years of service.
