I'm curious, "Open to learning more?" is a very vague CTA, but it's also very non-threatening and low commitment (vs, for example, asking them to have a call with you). Do you find "Open to learning more?" to be highly effective, despite the vagueness?

Started a job as an SDR recently, wanted to work in evenings and in the weekends to prospect but didn't for this reason, since I know everyone can see my activity. Now 2 months in, I'm not doing too great, and realized that it's definitely time to become a try hard and not care what people think lol
