Omg I love this so much. I’d love to attend to a seminar like this. Just started a new job in Corporate and it’s 6% Black African American… The past couple of weeks have been rough but I’m happy I’ve found this video to have a difference perspective and remember what I stand for

Have always loved these conferences put on by BE but once you leave these awesome conferences with these incredibly resourceful women, there's really no follow through to interact and help each other grow. Is there a way to include local chapters by states so we can actually interact and gain clout from each other's knowledge, resources and businesses? Simply exchanging business cards and chatting for a few is simply not enough.

Most organisations talk about women and stop at yt women in their DEI work and it is not the same. The criteria, expectations and opportunities are not the same for blck women.

The first speaker... this is constantly my case. The problem is granting opportunity to fill a quota. Once that is filled they want you to train somebody who dont even know the basics. They will see how that individual dont know the basics and still find that person to be your compétition. Bein apart of this society you start to belive it. Then i seen the persons drive and how they work. I realise because of this they think they there already and whats sad is that they have facilitators of this energy helping them to belive it. Im confused why its ok for them to be unskilled and or lazy but i cant even for a few minutes or an hr within the day and i dont dare. That in of itself is apart of the conditioning. The conditioning thzt it must be a given by yourself and by others that you be fit for the tast automatically. Thank god for all peoole of all races. Sex qnd creed who not only experience this but have the eyes, heart and mind to know whoe who. Smh i do what my boss says to do and tune out everything and everybody whose nit inititating team energy but bias, discord, and negagivity. I refuse to let them make me feel like im not worthy or even capable of the levels necessary to obtain the end goal.

I found out about this movie thru Chicago PD LaRoyce Hawkins bio profile since he also played in it. I then found the movie, watched the trailer and then just finished the movie which was an excellent film. What’s sad is that WP is about 30 minutes north of where I am in Harlem and how evident this situation is leading up to the George Floyd death. This is the 21st century !!! How much more ?!?!

So very informative and deligjtful seeing young black folks sharing, working purposefully and encouraging their own. There is an urgent need to share this with our young folks who are in search of a future...a purpose. All hands on deck! Particularly proud of George 2.0, his his lovely wife partner in life and narrator. They are breaking ground. Making waves and are a force with which to reckon. Love them both so very, very. Much George 1.0

Dr. Claude Anderson never took Corporate money and therefore sacrificed his potential wealth as an activist for black people. He said they wouldn't give him money exclusively for the benefit to black people. Soo he never took it! Racist corporations and governments are making the face of black America biracial and immigrant and interracial. Your guest looks like angela ye. Farrell lost his way. He pushes other agenda for money at the expense of black death! From time i heard about his grant i was suspicious. Not surprised who won... Black men lost their way. I can't watch this interview no hate

Watch the breakfast club interview with the former diversity officer at target now ceo of essence magazine. She said when it came to initiatives involving other groups no one hesitated to commit but there was pause when ever they were for black (non immigrant)! The founder of essence magazine had (sad he didn't have the global vision the current owner has) to sell because of lack of advertising partners (byron allen and others). So how are the new owner able to get janet yellen and kamala harris to essence festival and more partners in the magazines history? They are immigrants, the ceo married to a white woman and they will push woke agenda clearly anti black family globally. That's why!
